The Hidden Porch Chapel and Gardens

There are many great places in Oklahoma to get married and we like to share the lesser know places we come across while performing weddings. Recently we performed a wedding in Catoosa at The Hidden Porch Chapel & Gardens. Couples will find everything they need in a venue at The Hidden Porch. The venue has a beautiful garden with water features and lights throughout. There is an indoor chapel, an outdoor pavilion, and a gazebo. The owners were really nice to work with and took a lot of pride in making sure the grounds were in tip top condition for the wedding.
The Gardens have multiple locations for all your wedding photos. There are lights strung throughout the trees and some areas are even set up with outdoor chandeliers. I would warn that because there is so much nature there are also plenty of natural pests. Like any outdoor venue, if it’s mosquito season be ready with some bug spray or some citronella candles and you’ll be all set.
Our ceremony was at the gazebo and there was an outdoor sound system already there allowing a quick hookup of an iPhone for the procession music. The Reception at the pavilion had plenty of room for food, a DJ, and dancing. The chapel seats about 100 and has changing rooms for both the bride and the groom. Between the pavilion, chapel, and gazebo you’ll be covered no matter what the weather is doing.

The Hidden Porch is at 4883 E HWY 266 Catoosa, OK 74015. This venue does live up to its name and is easy to drive past. The gardens sit a little back from the road (which is nice as we didn’t notice any road noise) so watch for the gravel parking lot.
