Update on the Bel-Mar Little Chapel
We are sad to report that Red the owner of the Little Chapel has passed away. Red built the chapel for his wife. It holds about 10 or 12 people it is a unique place for your small wedding. We have had a few people say that they have had a hard time booking the chapel since Red passed. We do have GOOD NEWS! You can now book the chapel with us when you book us to do the wedding. I have talked to Red’s son Stacy who now runs the Bel-Mar little Chapel and he has given us permission to book out the chapel as needed.
Here are a few things that you may need to know when booking.
Chapel Cost ~ It cost $100 for the chapel now this is just for the chapel and not for us to do the wedding. This is to be paid the day of the wedding and in cash only. Stacy’s rules not ours.
24 hours ~ We need at least 24 hours notice to rent the chapel. I know this doesn’t sound like a lot of time but it is all we need. Of course we would like to have more time but this is what Stacy needs.
Our Cost ~ We charge $100 also. That is for us to go out to the chapel, performing the ceremony, and sign off on the license.
